Today, I-CONIC rented a 3D cinema in Stockholm to show customers, investors, family and friends how far we have come with our technology, and where we are headed with our solutions development and business.
The guests were shown how we, with real-time photogrammetry, convert normal 2D videos from satellite, drones or smartphones into 3D stereographic film that can be enjoyed in a 3D cinema. Using the same technology, we also showed how to create 3D stereo videos from separate video streams from two independent drones. Probably a world premiere – has anyone seen this being done before?
I-CONIC’s 3D stereo software is the very first step on our journey towards real-time, real-world 3D models (or Live 3D) from video.
