Read and process a subsampled image, if original image is too large.
Possible to create a project with tile pairs when original images are too large to process.
Matching disconnected stereo pairs now possible; only images in the same (sub)folder are matched, not images in different (sub)folders.
Enabled setting, editing and partly using camera definitions in project dialog.

Matching images in "portrait" mode (height > width) now works.
Metadata of images for automatic generation of projects are now read also if they are in subfolders.
Save selected coordinate reference system in project file.
Layouts are not loaded by default. A warning is issued if saved layout may be outdated.
